Rick Van Natta
Co Founder Excecutive Director
Rick has extensive experience in assessment, developing people, and integrated talent management as a global corporate leader in Talent Management & Training, Leadership and Performance Development, Human Resources, Quality Management, and Performance Consulting.
Rick also served in the US Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer in the Navy's Nuclear Power Program.
What drives Rick is simply to help people and organizations get better at what they do.

Christian has extensive experience in Six Sigma Lean and Quality Management at operational and practical levels.
His leadership and people management developed through the Army officer training and implementation.
